Eric A. Vanbrocklin, 29, Oroville, pled guilty to two counts third degree Theft. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and 180 days with 179 suspended. He was also fined a total of $510.

Darryl A. Trench, 45, Omak, pled guilty to two counts DUI. He was sentenced to 180 days with 177 suspended and 180 days with 170 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,932.

Dayne Richmond Keith, Tonasket, was summoned to answer the charge of first degree Theft.

Paul William Keith, Omak, was summoned to answer to the charge of Forgery.

The court found probable cause to charge Vincent Rincon Lopez, Omak, with Alien in Possession of a Firearm and POCS marijuana less than 40 grams. Bail was set at $10,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Johnny Rosales Dominguez, Riverside, with seven counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bail was set at $50,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Amanda Lee Comeslast, Riverside, with Unlawful Use of a Building for Drug Purposes. Bail was set at $10,000.

John Fitgerald Timentwa, Omak, pled guilty to second degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, first degree Criminal Trespassing and Loaded Weapon in Vehicle. He was sentenced to 12 months on count one, 365 days on count two and 90 days on count three. He was also fined a total of $1,070.50.

Elijah Bleau Baptiste, Omak, pled guilty to third degree Malicious mischief and MIP. He was sentenced to 365 days with 335 suspended for two years and 365 days with 335 suspended for two years. He was also fined a total of $720.50.
