District Court

William R. Ward, 52, Omak, pled guilty to first degree Negligent Driving. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $600.

Kenneth W. Clark, 28, Omak, pled guilty to No Valid Operators License. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $593.

Yvonne E. Comeslast, 36, Omak, pled guilty to two counts third degree DWLS and two counts second degree DWLS/R and Ignition Interlock. She was sentenced to 90 days with 60 suspended, 90 days with 60 suspended, 180 days with 150 suspended, 180 days with 150 suspended and 90 days with 60 suspended.

Larry A. Krause, 63, Tonasket, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was fined a total of $600.

Jacob Devin Black, Riverside, pled guilty to TMVWOP and third degree DWLS/R. He was sentenced to two months on count one and 90 days with 90 suspended for one year on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,070.50.

Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Rikki Lin Morgan, Omak, with TMVWOP. He was released on personal recognizance.

The court found probable cause to charge Billy Joe Hoffman, Tonasket, with Residential Burglary, Violation of Protection Order and Harassment. Bail was set at $10,000.

The court found probable cause to charge John Adam Delange, Okanogan, with second degree Escape.

The court found probable cause to charge Juan Gonzalez, Oroville, with Identity Theft. Bail was set at $20,000.

The court found probable cause to charge David Roger Gardinier, Tonasket, with Stalking and Violation of a No Contact Order. Bail was set at $15,000.

The court found probable cause to charge William Albert Janczyk Jr. Omak, with first degree Theft and Forgery. Bail was set at $15,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Jesus W. Sanchez, Omak, with second degree Burglary, third degree Malicious Mischief and first degree Criminal Trespassing.

Lance Sidney Moore, Omak, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 40 months and fined a total of $2,070.50.

William Curtis St Peter, Omak, pled guilty to Attempting to Elude Pursuing Police Vehicle and DUI. He was sentenced to 30 days and fined a total of $2,036.80.

Staca R. Cannaday, from Oroville, filed to dissolve her marriage with Brandon M. Cannaday, from Oroville.

She has also received e-mails at home and work. The reporting party has already contacted the bank regarding the e-mails. They advised it is a fraud. The reporting party’s son responded to the calls and money was drawn out of his account.

A one vehicle non-injury collision accident occurred on Hwy. 7 near Tonasket. The reporting party struck a mailbox.

A report from Oak St. in Omak of an assault. Female burned the reporting party’s face with a curling iron. The female called and advised she has been receiving harassing text messages from the male. The male subject then just walked in to the reporting party’s residence uninvited.

A report from Main St. in Omak of property damage. Male subject kicked the door when he left. One subject taken into custody.

A report from Birch St. in Omak of trespassing. The reporting party can hear someone prowling around her residence.
