Cathy Jan Godwin of Oroville, Washington, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Cathy was born on September 24, 1945 to Charlie and Naomi Cook in Pampa, Texas.

She married Bobby Ray Godwin of Nocona, Texas on Dec. 23, 1967. They relocated to Oroville in 1969.

She is survived by her husband, Bob; sister, Charlene Rock; two sons. Paul and Trevor and three daughters Kimberly, Stacy and Toni and one ugly dog, Drewcilla! In addition, 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Look what you started Nana!

She was a beautiful artist, truck driver as well as an amazing bowler! She was an active member of Valley Christian Fellowship. She was a mother to many and loved by all.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5th at 11 a.m. at Valley Christian Fellowship on East Oroville Road – officiated by Pastor Randy McAllister. A celebration of life potluck will follow the service, the location will be announced at the service.
