Lois J. Campbell, age 75, of Tonasket passed away July 19, 2008 at North Valley Hospital.

She was born Aug. 10, 1932 in Portland, Ore. Lois was raised in the Portland area and attended schools there. She also attained a two-year degree from college. Lois became a professional in the art of ceramics. She later judged ceramic shows nationally and internationally. Lois and her husband moved to the Tonasket area, there owning a ceramics and electronics business. On Nov. 7, 2000 she married Richard Campbell in Tonasket. Later she and her husband ran an Animal Rescue Facility at their home.

Lois is survived by her husband Richard Campbell of Tonasket; her daughter, Janis White of Portland, Ore.; her son, Brian Dunn of Venetia, Pa; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
