The assembly was organized by teacher Tam Hutchinson’s Senior Political Science class. A Veterans Day Assembly held at Oroville High School’s Coulton Auditorium was presented by Tam Hutchinson’s Senior Political Science Class. It began with Zoe Whittaker-Jameson welcoming all to the assembly and Narya Naillon giving opening remarks “For the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.” Naillon also sang the National Anthem while a Color Guard from the Oroville American Legion Hodge’s Post 84 presented the flag. The High School Band played “American Patriot Salute” under the direction of Eric Stiles. The High School Choir performed “A Patriotic Festival” by Mark Williams.
