Charles E. Kubichek, born Nov. 3, 1935 to Emma and Charlie Kubichek, went to his final rest June 5, 2011.

In death he joins his parents and his brothers: Alden, Ray and Tommy.

In life he leaves his brother, Jim; his sisters: Helen, Jean, Pat and Miki.

He moved out of life as quietly as he lived his life. At his request there will be no services.
