Steven D. McKay, 60, Tonasket, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $793.
Dallas R. Tompkins, 35, Omak, pled guilt to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $343.
Dale M. McDougall, 39, Omak, pled guilty to fourth degree Assault. He was sentenced to 180 days with 150 suspended and fined a total of $543.

Superior Court
Criminal
The court found probable cause to charge Robert Dwayne Gilbert, Riverside, with first degree Theft, Identity Theft and Forgery. Bail was set at $150,000.
Gary Robert Stephens Jr., Okanogan, pled guilty to second degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, fourth degree Assault DV, first degree Malicious Mischief and first degree Criminal Trespassing. He was sentenced to six months on count one, 365 days with 335 suspended for two years on count two, six months on count three and 365 days with 335 suspended for two years on count four. He was also fined a total of $2,140.00 and was also ordered to pay restitution to the City of Omak in the amount of $134.41.
Duran Troy Marchand, Omak, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, fourth degree Assault and second degree Malicious Mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days on count one, 365 days with 335 suspended for two years on count two and two months on count three. He was also fined a total of $1,070.50.
Isaias Gomez-Ortiz, Malott, pled guilty to Alien in Possession of a Firearm. He was sentenced to 48 days and fined a total of $1,070.50.
Juvenile
A 17 year-old juvenile from Okanogan pled guilty to second degree Taking a Motor Vehicle without Owners Permission and Second degree Possession of stolen Property. She was sentenced to 10 days confinement with six months community supervision on count one and 21 days confinement with seven months community supervision on count two.
A 15 year-old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to third degree Theft. He was sentenced to three days confinement.
