Mary L. Sasse, age 63, of Tonasket died on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at her home.

She was born in Tonasket to parents Albert and Evelyn Johnson. Mary was a much-loved wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and yard work and she loved playing cards. Her favorite times were spent surrounded by her large and close family including her husband, children, sisters and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all of us who were blessed enough to know and love her.

Mary is survived by her husband, Don Sasse; her children: Louise (Doug), Ken (Micheline), Dale (Robyn), Bruce, Jim (Barb), Bob and Sarah (Scott); sisters: Linda, Carol and Patty; and many grandchildren.

Private services will be held at a later date.
