Leslie Hickerson, born April 30, 1925, passed away on May 4, 2016 at the extended care facility in Tonasket.

Leslie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He attended school in Tonasket and had many lifelong friends from his school days. After school he worked many years in the apple warehouses in Tonasket.

In 1960 Leslie married Dorothy McCliment, who assuredly was the love of his life. He became father to her four children, Diane McCliment Allstot, Kathy McCliment Munns, Michael McCliment and Patrick McCliment. Shortly after their marriage they moved to White Salmon, Wash. where their son Daniel Hickerson was born. Later they moved to Spokane where Les worked in a lumber mill for many years. In their later years they managed apartment complexes. In 2004 they moved back to Tonasket.

Leslie is survived by daughter Diane Allstot; sons Michael McCliment and Daniel Hickerson; brother Chuck Hickerson and many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express warmest appreciation for the loving kind care Leslie received at Extended Care. Also many thanks to Dr. Lacey for his excellent and great care he showed to Leslie.
