Rachelle M. Stanley, 35, Omak, pled guilty to two counts third degree Theft. She was sentenced to 90 days with 81 suspended and 90 days with 81 suspended. She was also fined a total of $186.
April L. Davis, 39, Okanogan, pled guilty to fourth degree Assault. She was sentenced to 180 days with 178 suspended and fined a total of $508.

Criminal
The court found probable cause to charge Jay Allen Thomas, Okanogan, with Attempt to Elude, DUI and first degree DWLS. Bail was set at $25,000.
