Kyesun “Kay” Jones peacefully passed away with her family by her side at their home in Oroville on Aug. 29, 2011. She was born Feb. 22, 1955 in Korea.

Kay spent her life working, caring, protecting and praying for her loved ones. We were all blessed to have her in our lives. Her honesty and quiet strength brought the best out of all who knew her. She will be dearly missed.

Kay is survived by her husband, Darrell Jones; her children: Janelle, Jessica and Jeff; three sisters: Chung, Jin and Suna; as well as five grandchildren: Faith, Ethan, Tyler, Sarah and Rebecca.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
