Clayton Matthew Fink, 26, Omak pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended. He was also fined a total of $653.

Michael Robert Fry, 30, Omak pled guilty to Reckless Driving, and third degree DWLs. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 days suspended and 90 days with 90 suspended. He was also fined a total of $893.

Ronald Ernest Gilge, 42, Omak pled guilty to DUI, first degree DWLS, and Hit and Run Unattended. He was sentenced to 180 days with 150 suspended, 365 days with 185 days suspended, and 90 days with 80 days suspended. He was also fined a total of $2,571.

John Andrew Johnson, 53 Malott pled guilty to Violation of Civil Anti-Harassment Order. He was sentenced to 180 days with 166 days suspended and fined a total of $443.

Maybelline M. Moses, 23, Omak pled guilty to third degree DWLS, and Reckless Driving. She was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and 180 days with 179 days suspended. She was also fined a total of $1,593.

Joshua James Mark Nicholson, 21, Omak pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended and fined a total of $353.

John Neil Nordhagen, 42, Omak pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended and fined a total of $803.

Jessika Quinnelle Timentwa, 19, Okanogan pled guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 180 days with 171 days suspended and fined a total of $1,466.

John Fitzgerald Timentwa Jr., 22, Omak pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $803.

David Brandon Gray, from Omak pled guilty to second degree Vehicle Prowl, second degree Vehicle Prowl, second degree Malicious Mischief, and second degree Theft. He was sentenced to 365 days with 245 days suspended for two years on count one, 365 days with 245 days suspended for two years on count two, 4 months on count three, and 4 months on count four. Robert William Davis, from Wauconda pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was sentenced to one day and fined a total of $1,070.50.

A 17 year old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to first degree Attempted Child Molestation. He was sentenced to 40 to 58 weeks commitment to the custody of the Department of Social and Health Services, Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration for institutional placement.

A 15 year old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to second degree Burglary, Residential Burglary, second degree Malicious Mischief, third degree Malicious Mischief, second degree Vehicle Prowling, second degree Vehicle Prowling, and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to six days confinement and 22 to 54 weeks commitment to the custody of the Department of Social and Health Services, Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration for institutional placement.

A report from Salmon Creek Rd. near Okanogan of suspicious circumstances. The reporting party was followed by a male while jogging yesterday. The reporting party ran up to a residence and the suspect followed her and tried to get her to get into his vehicle.

A report from Seahawk Dr. in Riverside of a citizen assist. The reporting party has been locked out of his house by his wife who has dementia.

A one vehicle collision accident occurred on Hwy. 155 near Omak.

A three wheeler collision accident occurred at Crawfish Lake campground near Tonasket. A 13-year-old female with a broken arm.

A report from B&O Rd. near Malott of a suspicious circumstances. A two-year-old child left in the roadway. Female is walking away from the child. The reporting party was watching and the female came back and was dragging the child down the roadway. The reporting party contacted the female and told her not to do that. The child is now sitting in the roadway again.
