Jorge Alberto Alvarez Urapo, 19, Tonasket, pled guilty to Minor in Possession and/or Consumption of Alcohol and Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to 180 days with 175 suspended and 180 days with 165 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,343.

Nicholas Gilbert Andrews, 23, Okanogan, pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days with 81 days suspended and fined a total of $303.

Mark Allan Carlton, 55, Oroville, pled guilty to two counts second degree Criminal Trespassing, and Indecent Exposure. He was sentenced to 90 days with 60 days suspended, 90 days with 60 days suspended and 90 days with 89 days suspended.

William S. Carpenter, 19, Okanogan, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $453.

Tammy Jeanette Cohen, 41, Tonasket, pled guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 180 days with 178 days suspended and fined a total of $1,466.

Damon Shane Condon, 33, Okanogan, pled guilty to pled guilty to first degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 365 days with 185 suspended and fined a total of $993.

Servando Garcia, 43, Oroville, pled guilty to Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 days suspended and fined a total of $918.

Kirk Harrison Hollins, 27, Omak, pled guilty to first degree Negligent Driving. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $1,028.

Luis Alberto Ortega Arevalo, 23, Omak, pled guilty to two counts DUI. He was sentenced to 365 days with 320 suspended and 365 days with 275 suspended. He was also fined a total of $4,717.

Carlo Lee Perez, 24, Omak, pled guilty to Disorderly conduct, and third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 88 suspended and 90 days with 90 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,356.

Sean Patrick James Sagdahl, 19, Tonasket, pled guilty to Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to 180 days with 180 days suspended and fined a total of $743.

Criminal

Kurtis Camron Bishop from Omak was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $16,936.14 to a business in Tonasket, A business in Oroville, the Tonasket office of Okanogan County PUD and a corporation in Los Angeles, California.

The court found probable cause to charge Ricky Lee Wetzel from Oroville with first degree Burglary and two counts Theft of a firearm. Bail was set at $5,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Christopher Dale Brockmiller from Omak with Attempt to Elude, Reckless Endangerment, first degree DWLS and Obstructing a Police Officer. Bail was set at $25,000.

Clayton Matthew Fink from Omak pled guilty to first degree Theft. He was sentenced to 11 months and fined a total of $500.

Larence Francis Sellars from Omak pled guilty to first degree Theft, Residential Burglary, first degree Theft, Theft of a Firearm, second degree Bruglary, first degree Theft, second degree Burglary, second degree Theft, Residential Burglary, second degree Burglary and first degree Theft. He was sentenced to 31 months on count one, six months on count two, 31 months on count three, six months on count four, 18 months on count five, 25 months on count six, six months on count seven, 25 months on count eight, three months on count nine, 31 months on count ten, 25 months on count 11, and seven months on count 12. He was also fined a total of $1,070.50.

Clayton Matthew Fink from Okanogan pled guilty to second degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He was sentenced to 11 months and fined a total of $1,070.50.

D’lynn Ekman, from Okanogan filed to dissolve her marriage with Jason Ekman.

Kathleen Wilson from Okanogan filed to dissolve her marriage with Tracy Wilson.

A report from Jasmine St. in Omak of a death suicide. A male subject shot himself outside the ER doors. The reporting party stated he shot both weapons into his head. There was note on the subject stating he was breaking up with his wife, an employee of the hospital.

A report from Third Ave. in Okanogan of drugs. The reporting party found a box with drug paraphernalia in it.

A report from Elmway in Okanogan of a theft. A female subject walked out of the store with a 12 or 18 pack of beer in her purse.

A report from Hwy. 97 near Tonasket of a theft of an automobile.

A report from Third Ave. in Okanogan of an assault.

A report from Apple Ave. in Okanogan of child abuse. A vehicle parked at the location with two small children unattended inside.

A report from Fifth Ave. in Omak of a burglary. Sometime since Saturday at noon an unknown subject entered the residence through a downstairs window. Items in the residence are missing.

Fire crew responded to a general fire alarm on Hwy. 20 in Tonasket at the Tonasket School District. It was a false alarm where dirty fan caused the fire alarm.

Shannon Renee Cooper, 29, was booked into the OCJ on a warrant with the charge of FTA with the original charges of DUI and third degree DWLS.

A report from Mill Dr. near Tonasket of fraud. The reporting party received two fraudulent money orders for $1,900 from a subject in New York for the purchase of horse tack.

A report from River Ave. in Okanogan of threats. The reporting party’s ex-girlfriend called the reporting party and threatened to kill the reporting party.

A report from Hwy. 97 near Tonasket of an assault. The reporting party advised that a friend was assaulted by a female.

A report from Rawhide Rd. near Oroville of a burglary. A residence at the location was burglarized some time during the night.

A report from Elmway in Okanogan of a theft of an automobile. A female took a vehicle for a test drive and has not returned the vehicle.

A two vehicle non-injury accident occurred on Nichols Rd. near Omak.
