- Shelly Sue Zweig, 49, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to attempted custodial assault (lesser included to custodial assault). Zweig was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $760.50. The crime occurred Sept. 17, 2105.
- Joy Marie Shaw, 43, Okanogan, pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to second-degree reckless burning (DV) (lesser included to first-degree arson). Shaw was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 259 days suspended, and fined $500. The crime occurred April 26.
- Aaron Lee Dick, 28, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. Those crimes occurred April 14. In a second case, Dick pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to additional charges of POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. Those crimes occurred Dec. 11, 2015. Dick was sentenced to a total of 12+ months in prison fined a total of $1,400.
- The court found probable cause to charge Ishna Rayman Mason, 35, Tonasket, with second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. The crimes allegedly occurred July 23.
- The court found probable cause to charge Nancy Renee Marie Hoffman, 30, Tonasket, with second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon) (DV). The crime allegedly occurred Aug. 10.
- The court found probable cause to charge Kane McKinsey Searcy, 34, Okanogan, with possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 1. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Searcy with first-degree robbery (DV) and third-degree possession of stolen property. Those crimes allegedly occurred July 14.
- The court found probable cause to charge Zachary Todd Gorba, 25, Tonasket, with first-degree trafficking in stolen property, second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 8.
- The court found probable cause to charge Kenneth Carter Weathers Jr., 22, Auburn, Ala., with POCS (LSD). The crime allegedly occurred Aug. 8 at the Oroville Port of Entry.
- The court found probable cause to charge Joseph Daniel Wiggins, 42, Omak, with two counts of possession of a stolen firearm and three counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 5.
- The court found probable cause to charge Alana Lee Vanbrunt, 30, Omak, with two counts of possession of a stolen firearm. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 5.
- The court found probable cause to charge Mary Ann Graber, 63, Okanogan, with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Dec. 27, 2014.
- The court found probable cause to charge Suzanna Marie Marchand, 34, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine), POCS (heroin), unlawful possession of a legend drug (Naloxone) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crime allegedly occurred Aug. 3.
- The court found probable cause to charge Carolyn E. Swinford, 56, Okanogan, with second-degree theft. The crime allegedly occurred July 14.
District Court
- Rodney Allen Fisk, 28, Tonasket, had an obstruction charge dismissed.
- Shavonna Lee Gorr, 25, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Gorr was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $703.
- Charles Fredrick Gould Jr., 54, Tonasket, guilty of DUI and third-degree DWLS. Gould was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,339.
- Grace Elizabeth Harris, 43, Tonasket, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Harris received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $543.
- Harvey Everett Jason Heath, 43, Tonasket, guilty of first-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Heath was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 184 days suspended, and fined and total of $1,373.
- Raymond Lee John, 23, Omak, guilty of DUI and first-degree DWLS. John was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 284 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,811.
- Amber Rae Johnson, 25, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Johnson received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $863.
- Cayden Lee Latimer, 19, Omak, guilty of possession of marijuana (less than 40 grams). Latimer received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $443.
- Carolyn Lee Lozano, 38, Oroville, guilty on two counts of third-degree DWLS. Lozano was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended, and fined a total of $706.
