  • Raymond Richard Raab, 75, Oroville, was found guilty (jury trial) Aug. 10 of two counts each of intimidating a public servant and obstruction. Raab was sentenced to three months in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the Oct., 22, 2015 crimes.
  • Nicola Gypsy Hilda Nagel, 42, Edmonton, pleaded guilty Aug. 16 to solicitation of POCS (psilocybin mushrooms). Nagal was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $760.50.
  • Sonsaray Ellen Rean Wynne, 22, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 17 to possession of a stolen motor vehicle. In a separate case, Wynne pleaded guilty Aug. 23 to third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer). Wynne was sentenced to a total of 25.5 months in prison and fined $2,521.
  • Kyle Steven Scott Cate, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 23 to POCS (methamphetamine) and obstruction. Cate was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $1,760.20 for the Feb. 25. Crimes.
  • Mihaly Racz, 27, Oroville, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to third-degree malicious mischief (lesser included to second-degree malicious mischief). Racz was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, and fined $500 for the June 29 crime.
  • Shalin Elizabeth Alltus, 18, Yakima, was found guilty (jury trial) for first-degree murder (premediated), first-degree robbery, theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of second-degree theft of a firearm and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm by a juvenile. Alltus was sentenced to 480 months in prison (44.6 years) and fined $700 for the Sept. 30, 2014 crimes.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jami Leigh Childers, 19, Omak, with POCS (heroin), POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 27.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Frank Millard Fry, 54, Okanogan, with second-degree burglary, third-degree malicious mischief, third-degree theft, having burglary tools, POCS (methamphetamine), POCS (heroin), and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 27 and Aug. 28.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jacob Scott Sutton, 19, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 26.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Rikki Lin Morgan, 28, Omak, with residential burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 28.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jamaree Josefina Ponce, 22, Omak, with residential burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 28.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Angel Nunez Mora, 25, Okanogan, with four counts each of second-degree ID theft and forgery, and one count of third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred between May 26 and June 3.
