Criminal

  • Sarah Lynn Hall, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty May 25 to second-degree theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. The crimes occurred Dec. 1, 2015. In a second case, Hall pleaded guilty May 25 to four counts of POCS and one count of use of drug paraphernalia. Those crimes occurred Aug. 25, 2015. In a third case, Hall pleaded guilty May 25 to second-degree TMVWOP. That crime occurred March 11. Hall was sentenced to a total of 17 months in prison and fined a total of $3,621.
  • Justin Wayne Graves, 34, Richland, pleaded guilty July 22 to second-degree TMVWOP. Graves was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,260.50. The crime occurred July 8 near Bonaparte Lake.
  • Joseph Edward Murchison, 45, Omak, pleaded guilty July 27 to third-degree assault (of a health care worker). Murchison was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $600 for the July 4 crime.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Joshua Andrew Daniel Howell, 28, Omak, with unlawful possession of payment instruments and three counts of forgery. The crimes allegedly occurred Jan. 19.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Matthew Russell Carden Jr., 29, Omak, with second-degree organized retail theft. The crime allegedly occurred July 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Dawn Marie Lambert, 41, Omak, with first-degree theft and four counts of forgery. The crimes allegedly occurred March 1.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Daggon Devoy Andrew Chaska, 24, Tonasket, with possession of a stolen firearm, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree possession of stolen property. The crimes allegedly occurred July 8.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Amanda Corlene Childers, 23, Oroville, with theft of a firearm, second-degree theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. The crimes allegedly occurred July 8.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Billy Dale Anderson, 47, Omak, with second-degree assault (strangulation) (DV), three counts of fourth-degree assault (DV) and one count of third-degree malicious mischief (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred July 17.

District Court

  • Wayne Matthew Anderson, 44, Riverside, guilty of DUI. Anderson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended, and fined $1,936.
  • Eric Mathew Anguiano, 24, Oroville, guilty on two counts of third-degree DWLS. Anguiano had a trip permit violation charge dismissed. Anguiano was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined a total of $732.
  • Bill Cephus Bedard Jr., 26, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Bedard was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $713.
  • Jerry Ray Bishop, 28, Okanogan, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Morgan Autumne Burchinal, 29, Oroville, guilty of two counts of violation of a no-contact order. Burchinal was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,876.
  • Brittany Nicole Cate, 26, Okanogan, guilty of second-degree DWLS. Cate was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $836.
  • Smith Alexander Condon, 50, Omak, guilty of DUI. Condon had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Condon was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
  • Joseph Darwin Cormier, 25, Omak, had a harassment charge dismissed.
  • Nathaniel James Edenso, 35, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Edenso had an additional third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Edenso was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $703.
