Criminal

  • Michael Dean Condon, 35, Omak, pleaded guilty May 17 to third-degree assault (lesser included to second-degree assault). Condon was sentenced to eight months in jail and fined $1,110.50 for the March 22, 2015 crime.
  • Juan Manuel Medina, 21, Omak, pleaded guilty May 17 to second-degree TMVWOP. Medina was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the May 4 crime.
  • David James Clines, 35, Oroville, pleaded guilty May 24 to unlawful issuance of a bank check and second-degree theft. Clines was sentenced to 12 days in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the July 31, 2015 crimes.
  • Douglas Arthur Lowrie, 54, Tonasket, pleaded guilty May 24 to luring. The court dismissed an additional charge of luring. Lowrie was sentenced to 24 months (two years) in prison and fined $600. The crime occurred April 18, 2015.
  • Eugenia Earlin Camelin, 42, Omak, pleaded guilty May 26 to POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. Camelin was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended, and fined $700 for the Sept. 5, 2015 crimes.
  • Derrick James Charley, 22, Omak, pleaded guilty May 27 to POCS (methamphetamine). The court dismissed a third-degree DWLS charge. Charley was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the May 11 crime.
  • The court issued May 17 a criminal summons to Marcus Alexander Bob, 25, Omak, for distribution of a controlled substance (marijuana). The crime allegedly occurred May 5.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Derrick James Charley, 22, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine) and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred May 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Dylan Thomas James Counts, 22, Omak, with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, obstruction and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred May 12.

  • The court found probable cause to charge Emmett P. Douke, 26, Tonasket, with first-degree assault (with a deadly weapon) (DV), second-degree assault (suffocation) (DV), attempted second-degree assault (suffocation) (DV), harassment (threats to kill) (DV) and second-degree malicious mischief (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred May 14.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Madison Leigh Louie, 30, Omak, with POCS (heroin), making a false or misleading statement and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred May 13.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Enrique Avalos Gonzalez, 44, Oroville, with two counts of harassment (threats to kill) (DV) and one count of third-degree malicious mischief (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred May 16.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Malynda Deanna Fry, 29, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine) and DUI. The crimes allegedly occurred May 15.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Daryl Anthony McCraigie, 27, Omak, with two counts of third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer). The crimes allegedly occurred May 16.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Hannah Lynn Galloway, 28, Oroville, with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 2 and Feb. 10.

District Court

  • Shaun A. Baker, 29, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Baker received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $403.
  • Bimalpreet K. Bath, 28, Omak, had a charge dismissed: supplying liquor to minors. Bath was fined $450.
  • Cynthia Lee Batton, 59, Omak, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed.
  • Janice Melinda Batton, 27, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree theft and guilty (other deferral revoked) of third-degree theft. Batton was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $1,665.
  • Paul Bruce Beatty, 32, Tonasket, had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
  • Reinaldo Alejandro Beltran, 23, Oroville, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Beltran was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 84 days suspended, and fined $403.
  • Anthony J. Bigwolf, 20, Omak, guilty of MIP/C. Bigwolf was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $683.
  • David Raymond Brandon, 41, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Brandon was fined $400.
  • Jose Luis Bravo, 22, Tonasket, guilty (other deferral revoked) of third-degree theft. Bravo received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $833.
  • Manuel Cabrera Jr., 27, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft. Cabrera was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $873.
