Superior Court

Criminal

  • Anastasia M. King, 23, Tonasket, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The court dismissed an additional charge of second-degree theft. King was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined $1,260.50. The crimes occurred Nov. 2, 2015.
  • Amanda Marie Southerland, 29, Omak, pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to third-degree theft. The court dismissed a first-degree trafficking in stolen property charge. Southerland was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended and credit for three days served, and fined $760.50. The crime occurred Aug. 7, 2013.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jeremy Wayne Graves, 36, Okanogan, with second-degree assault and second-degree malicious mischief. The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 9.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Caroline L. Post, 36, Tonasket, with third-degree assault (with a deadly weapon). The crime allegedly occurred Feb. 10.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Ameera Elizabeth Parisien, 18, Omak, with two counts each of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Jan. 21 and Feb. 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Bryan Curtis Dove, 34, Tonasket, with second-degree possession of stolen property. The crime allegedly occurred Feb. 4. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Dove with second-degree burglary and third-degree malicious mischief. Those crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Zacharian John Collins, 20, Tonasket, with four counts of second-degree rape of a child, four counts of first-degree incest, and one count each of second-degree child molestation and second-degree incest. The crimes allegedly occurred between Dec. 26, 2015 and Jan. 4, 2016.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Malcolm David Carson, 36, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine). The crime allegedly occurred Feb. 14.

Juvenile

  • A 17-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Feb. 12 to POCS. The boy was sentenced to 23 days in detention with credit for 23 day served for the Jan. 20 crime.
  • A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Feb. 17 to fourth-degree assault and minor in a public place exhibiting effects of liquor. The boy was sentenced to seven hours of community service converted to one day in detention with credit for one day served; and 18 days in detention with credit for 18 days served. The crimes occurred Jan. 29.
  • A 13-year-old Omak girl pleaded guilty Feb. 17 to disorderly conduct. The girl was sentenced to seven hours of community service converted to one day in detention with credit for one day served; and 12 days in detention with credit for 12 days served. The crime occurred Jan. 28.

Civil

The state Department of Labor and Industries assessed the following businesses for unpaid workers’ compensation taxes, penalties and interest: Delthor Construction and Development, Omak, $1,644.20; and Jalisco Orchard, Tonasket, $799.29.

District Court

  • Bryan James St. Peter, 19, Omak, guilty of second-degree hunting of big game without a license, second-degree hunting of big game, and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. St. Peter had 12 charges dismissed: nine counts of second-degree hunting of big game and one count each of waste of fish or wildlife, unlawful hunting on another’s property and obstruction. St. Peter was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended, and fined a total of $3,373.
  • Sarah Lynn Surber, 54, Omak, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed. Surber was fined $200.
  • Ryan Patrick Taylor, 37, Oroville, guilty of reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Taylor had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Taylor was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 304 days suspended; and fined a total of $1,733.
  • Terrance Blaine Thiele, 56, Riverside, had two fourth-degree assault charges dismissed. Thiele was fined $200.
  • Jeanie Kay Todd, 34, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault and first-degree criminal trespassing. Todd was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,483.
  • Tori Fontae Tomma, 32, Omak, had two charges dismissed: first-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
  • Shelaina Diane Toulou, 30, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Josefina Villavicencio Nunez, 37, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Villavicencio Nunez was fined $500.
  • Wenona R. Webster, 20, Riverside, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed. Webster was fined $500.
  • Shane Michael Wehmeyer, 46, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Wehmeyer received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined a total of $783.
  • Alvera Marie Wilkowski, 64, Tonasket, had a charge dismissed: trip permit violation. Wilkowski was fined $100.
  • Timothy Robert Williams, 21, Riverside, had a charge dismissed: second-degree recreational fishing without a license or catch card.
  • Feather Marie Wright, 36, Oroville, guilty of DUI. Wright had another charge dismissed: unlawful possession of a legend drug. Wright was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
  • Louis Lee Zacherle, 28, Omak, innocent of DUI and obstruction.
  • Elizabeth Ann Zierlein, 35, Oroville, guilty of third-degree theft. Zierlein was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $873.
  • Terry Lee Zoller, 64, Riverside, guilty on two counts of third-degree theft. Zoller was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 344 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,506.
