Criminal

  • Jared Clayton Naclerio, 25, Oroville, pleaded guilty Feb. 2 to unlawful possession of a legend drug. Naclerio was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 71 days suspended and credit for 19 days served; and fined $260.50 for the Sept. 27, 2013 crime.
  • Daggon Devoy Andrew Chaska, 23, Tonasket, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to reckless driving, hit-and-run (attended vehicle), obstruction and third-degree DWLS. The court dismissed a second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm charge. Chaska was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 309 days suspended and credit for 55 days served; and fined $1,160.50 for the Dec. 13, 2015 crimes.
  • Robert Wendell George, 46, Omak, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to POCS (methamphetamine). George was sentenced to 12+ months in prison and fined $3,260.50 for the Dec. 19, 2015 crime.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Sarah Lynn Hall, 23, Riverside, with second-degree theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. The crimes allegedly occurred between Dec. 1, 2015 and Jan. 23, 2016. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Hall with POCS (methamphetamine), POCS (heroin), two counts of POCS by a person serving a sentenced in a local correction institution and one count of use of drug paraphernalia. Those crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 25, 2015.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Rusty Jochua Nimmo, 26, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine), fourth-degree assault and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 1.

Civil

  • The state Department of Labor and Industries assessed the following businesses for unpaid workers’ compensation taxes, penalties and interest: Carquest Auto Parts, Omak, $2,594.10; McCuen & Jones Construction, Okanogan, $1,416.55; and AR Orchards, Oroville, a total of $2,249.69 over three separate assessments.

District Court

  • Melvin Robin Augg-Dworsack, 23, Tonasket, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Deric Steven Bevier, 37, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS and first-degree negligent driving. Bevier was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended, and fined a total of $849.
  • Leroy Edwin Brenneman, 58, Okanogan, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed. Brenneman was fined $200.
  • Joshua Curtis Carpenter, 24, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: violation of a no-contact order.
  • Anallely Chavez Tamez, 29, Tonasket, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed. Chavez Tamez was fined $400.
  • Jared Nathanael Fudge, 25, Omak, guilty of reckless driving. Fudge had a first-degree negligent driving charge dismissed. Fudge was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,233.
  • Brett Nicolas Lawrence Giles, 25, Okanogan, guilty on two counts of violation of a no-contact order. Giles was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,529.
  • Kristopher Paul Graber, 38, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. Graber was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended, and fined a total of $916.
  • Harry Lyle Grubbs, 59, Omak, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed. Grubbs was fined $500.
  • Richard Dean Haworth, 49, Oroville, guilty of first-degree DWLS and fourth-degree assault. Haworth was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 184 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,691.
  • Krista Kay Herman, 56, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Herman was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $758.
  • Michelle Ann Hernandez, 26, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft. Hernandez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 355 days suspended, and fined $873.
  • Tyler V. Herrera McDougall, 22, Oroville, had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and use or delivery of drug paraphernalia.
  • Ari Kay Hilliard, 24, Oroville, guilty (other deferred charge revoked) of fourth-degree assault. Hilliard was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $873.
  • Raymond Joseph Hobbs, 57, Omak, had two charges dismissed: possession of marijuana (less than 40 grams) and resisting arrest.
  • Corey Leigh Johnston, 28, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft. Johnston received a 364-days suspended sentence and fined $768.
  • Johannes Robert Lappin, 43, Okanogan, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
