  • Justine C. Belgarde, 21, Omak, pleaded guilty Oct. 7 to four counts of delivery of a controlled substance (two for heroin and one each for oxycodone and hydrocodone). Belgarde was sentenced to 20-plus months in prison and fined $2,540.50 for the April 21 and May 30 crimes.
  • Shimika Rosita Havier, 19, Plummer, Idaho, pleaded guilty Oct. 7 to attempting to elude a pursing police vehicle, minor driving after consumption of alcohol and MIP/C. Havier was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 304 days suspended, and fined $1,110.50. The crimes occurred Aug. 9 near Omak.
  • Tyson Isaac Andrew, 31, Omak, pleaded guilty Oct. 7 to failure to register as a sex offender (felony). Andrew was sentenced to four months in jail and fined $1,110.50 for the Oct. 29, 2013 crime.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Sean Lee Dahlquist, 23, Oroville, with POCS (methamphetamine) and making a false or misleading statement. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 30.
  • The court found probable cause to charge David Leslie Louis, 33, Omak, with intimidating witness and fourth-degree assault. The crimes allegedly occurred Oct. 2.

District Court

  • James Theo Henriksen Jr., 53, Okanogan, guilty of DUI. Henriksen was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $1,936.
  • Jerry Samuel Herrera, 27, Okanogan, had two charges dismissed: of fourth-degree assault and interfering with reporting (DV).
  • Kyleah Mae Marie M. Holland, 23, Tonasket, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed. Holland was fined $200.
  • Nikki Natasha Hunt, 26, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Hunt received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $818.
  • William James Innes, 64, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: hit-and-run (unattended vehicle).
  • James Edward Kiesecker Jr., 38, Omak, had two charges dismissed: first-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
  • Jeremy John Lavender, 28, Omak, guilty of violation of a temporary restraining order. Lavender was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended, and fined $808.
  • Jose Rosario Lopez, 63, Tonasket, had two charges dismissed: resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespassing. Lopez was fined $200.
  • Delores Nancy Love, 54, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: outdoor burning of prohibited substances. Love was fined $500.
  • Dean Reynolds Manring, 47, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Manring was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
