  • Brian W. Goff, 28, Okanogan, pleaded guilty June 17 to POCS. Goff was sentenced to six months and one day in jail, and fined $3,110.50 for the April 20 crime.
  • Darrel Riley Ward, 28, Omak, pleaded guilty Nov. 12, 2013 to two counts of first-degree child molestation. Ward was sentenced June 20 to 78 months in prison and fined $1,110.50 for the June 9, 2013 crimes. A restitution hearing was scheduled for Aug. 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Robert N. Kennedy, 66, Tonasket, with second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon). The crime allegedly occurred June 10.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Rachel Ann Banks, 27, Riverside, with POCS (methamphetamine), POCS (heroin) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred June 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Marissa Rae Spears, 20, Oroville, with second-degree assault. The crime allegedly occurred June 10.

  • The court found probable cause to charge Christina Linn Fletcher, 44, Oroville, with second-degree identity theft, second-degree theft and unauthorized use of food stamps. The crimes allegedly occurred June 3.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Mauricio Aguilar Casarez, 34, Omak, with second-degree rape. The crime allegedly occurred between May and June of 2014.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Daniel Wilson Ray, 43, Oroville, with second-degree identity theft and unauthorized use of food stamps. The crimes allegedly occurred June 3.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Kristie Lee Freese, 32, Oroville, with second-degree identity theft and unauthorized use of food stamps. The crimes allegedly occurred June 3.

District Court

  • Arnold John Shaw, 58, Tonasket, guilty of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Shaw was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $768. He also had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Taylor Marie Smiley, 23, Tonasket, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed.
  • Jacob Donald Smith, 22, Omak, guilty of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, hit-and-run (attended vehicle), and two counts of third-degree DWLS. Smith was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,576.
  • Kevin James Smith, 27, Omak, guilty of third-degree malicious mischief. Smith was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined $933.
  • Lynn Michelle Stanley, 43, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Stanley received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $818.
  • Randy Adrian St. Peter, 38, guilty of disorderly conduct. St. Peter was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $608.
  • Norman Emery Thomas, 54, Oroville, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Thomas was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $818.
  • Nicholas Scott Thornton, 25, Oroville, guilty of second-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Thornton was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended, and fined $1,068.
  • Jeanie Kay Todd, 33, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft, and guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of second-degree custodial interference. Todd was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,509.
  • Cruz Viveros, no middle name listed, 19, Oroville, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Viveros was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 338 days suspended, and fined $1,033.
  • Laurence Michael Voss, 23, Oroville, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Voss received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $818.
  • Chrystal Lynne Wakeham, 34, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Jonathan Edward Whitescarver, 25, Oroville, guilty of fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief. Whitescarver was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 339 days suspended, and fined $1,033.
  • Carly Marie Wildermuth, guilty of MIP/C and guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of MIP/C. Wildermuth was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $1,336.

  • Lisa Diane Wolff, 33, Okanogan, guilty of violation of a no-contact order and third-degree malicious mischief. Wolff received a 180-day suspended sentenced and fined $1,716.
  • Leroy Joseph Zacherle, 44, Omak, guilty of DUI, first-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Zacherle was sentenced to 364 days in jail and fined a total of $4,386.
