  • Kyle Christopher Davis, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to communication with a minor for immoral purposes and furnishing liquor to a minor. Davis was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days, and fined $760.50. The crimes occurred in January 2013.
  • Eric Andreas Bakken, 49, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to harassment (threats to kill) (DV). Bakken was sentenced to two months in jail and fined $1,210.50 for the Aug. 10 crime.
  • Garry Gordon Sutton, 54, Riverside, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to POCS (methamphetamine). Sutton was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $2,110.50. The crime occurred Sept. 1.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Vincent Matthew Antonelli, 37, Omak, with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Morgan Lynn Roloff, 21, Omak, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Luis Antonio Orosco, 29, Bridgeport, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Kai Michael Marcellay, 31, Malott, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.

  • The court found probable cause to charge James Everett Davis, 56, Oroville, with POCS (methamphetamine).
  • The court found probable cause to charge Travis Wesley Orr, 29, Kelowna, B.C., with POCS (cocaine). The crime allegedly occurred Sept. 20 at the Oroville Point of Entry.

Juvenile

  • A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to MIP/C. He was sentenced to seven days in detention and fined $100.
  • A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to POCS (marijuana). He was sentenced to 10 days in detention and fined $75.

  • Zaida Elena Contreras, 24, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Contreras received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $468.
  • Giovanni Cortez-Vazquez, 20, Oroville, guilty of DUI. Cortez-Vazquez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,936.
  • Carlos Ivan Cortinas Guzman, 20, Omak, guilty of MIP/C. Cortinas Guzman was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $768.
  • Franklin R. Dashiell Jr., 51, Tonasket, guilty of second-degree DWLS. Dashiell was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $1,058.
  • Shawnee Marie Desautel, 19, Omak, guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of fourth-degree assault. Desautel received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $1,033.
  • Jesus Dominguez Martinez, 30, Omak, guilty of first-degree DWLS. Dominguez Martinez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $1,058. He also had two charges dismissed: obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
