  • The court issued an arrest warrant July 7 for Kenneth Ray Squetimkin, 24, Okanogan, for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred June 24.
  • The court issued an arrest warrant July 7 for Brandy Marie Summers, 39, Tonasket, with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and one count each of third-degree malicious mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing. The crimes allegedly occurred June 27.
  • The court issued an arrest warrant July 7 for Robert O’Dell Peterson, 23, Tonasket, with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and one count each of third-degree malicious mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing. The crimes allegedly occurred June 27.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Arabella May Watts, 19, Oroville, with second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon/causing substantial bodily harm). The crime allegedly occurred June 7.

  • The court found probable cause to charge Sandra Dee Cooper, 46, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred July 10.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Eddie Thomas Peery, 25, Tonasket, with first-degree burglary (DV), first-degree assault (with a deadly weapon) and harassment (threats to kill). The crimes allegedly occurred July 10.

District Court

  • Loren Mitchell Harry, 24, Omak, guilty of making a false statement to a public servant. Harry was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $623.
  • Austin Antonio Holcomb, 19, Oroville, guilty of violation of a no-contact order and disorderly conduct. Holcomb was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 suspended, and fined a total of $1,641.
  • Bradley Allen Johnson, 45, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Johnson had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and carrying a loaded pistol in a vehicle without a permit. Johnson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, and fined $2,236.
  • Justin Andrew Kendall, 20, Riverside, guilty of use of firearms by a minor and guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of carrying a loaded pistol in a car without a permit. Kendall was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,066.
  • Larry G. Kruger Jr., 38, Omak, guilty of disorderly conduct. Kruger was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, and fined $253.
  • Kerry William Louie, 53, Omak, guilty on three counts of second-degree criminal trespassing. Louie was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 82 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,159.
  • William James Louis, 48, Omak, guilty of DUI. Louis was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,881.
  • Blake F. Marchand, 35, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Joseph Leroy Martinez, 25, Tonasket, guilty of first-degree negligent driving. Martinez received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $793.
  • Sebastian Joseph Martinez, 25, Omak, had a third-degree malicious mischief dismissed.
  • Dewayne Allen McClung Jr., 32, Omak, had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and reckless endangerment.

  • Dario Orozco Zacarias, 55, Omak, guilty of operating a vehicle with an ignition interlock device. Orozco Zacarias received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $533.
