District Court

  • Loren Mitchell Harry, 24, Omak, guilty of making a false statement to a public servant. Harry was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $623.
  • Austin Antonio Holcomb, 19, Oroville, guilty of violation of a no-contact order and disorderly conduct. Holcomb was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 suspended, and fined a total of $1,641.
  • Bradley Allen Johnson, 45, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Johnson had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and carrying a loaded pistol in a vehicle without a permit. Johnson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, and fined $2,236.
  • Justin Andrew Kendall, 20, Riverside, guilty of use of firearms by a minor and guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of carrying a loaded pistol in a car without a permit. Kendall was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,066.
  • Larry G. Kruger Jr., 38, Omak, guilty of disorderly conduct. Kruger was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, and fined $253.
  • Kerry William Louie, 53, Omak, guilty on three counts of second-degree criminal trespassing. Louie was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 82 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,159.
