- Tyler Scott Fife, 22, Tonasket, was found guilty (jury trial) April 5 of first-degree burglary, residential burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, first-degree possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, theft of a motor vehicle, theft of a firearm, POCS (hydrocodone), POCS (ecstasy) and two counts of second-degree malicious mischief. Fife was sentenced May 11 to 89.5 months (7.46 years) in prison and fined $600 plus $19,345 in restitution.
- The court issued an arrest warrant May 6 to Gene Charles Olson, 42, Omak, for violation of a no-contact order (felony). The crime allegedly occurred April 12.
- The court found probable cause to charge Charles David Cox, 47, Oroville, with distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). The crime allegedly occurred Sept. 17, 2015.

- The court found probable cause to charge Dylan Thomas James Counts, 22, Omak, with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, obstruct and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred May 12.
District Court
- Laurie Ann Marchand, 63, Omak, guilty of disorderly conduct and guilty (other deferral revoked) of third-degree theft. Marchand was sentenced to 364 days in jail in jail with 361 suspended, and fined a total of $846.
- Ishna Rayman Mason, 35, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Mason was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 suspended, and fined $863.
- Henry Eneas McDougall, 64, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree assault. McDougall was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 suspended, and fined a total of $1,561.
- Stetson Ladoux McMillen, 25, guilty of DUI. McMillen was sentenced to 364 days suspended with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
- Daryl Jade Menard, 28, Omak, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
- Ramon Mendoza Tolentino, 25, Omak, guilty of no valid operator’s license without ID, hit-and-run (unattended property) and DUI. Mendoza Tolentino was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,406.
- Aaron Christopher Meyer, 34, Loomis, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
- Bernadine Michel, no middle name listed, 47, Omak, had a DUI charge dismissed. Michel was fined $1,675.
