- The court found probable cause to charge Jose Antonio Ramirez Hernandez, 18, Okanogan, with first-degree kidnapping (DV), two counts of second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon) (DV), harassment (threats to kill), two counts of interfering with reporting (DV), two counts of fourth-degree assault (DV) and one count of second-degree robbery (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred between May and July of 2013. In a separate case, the court found probable cause to charge Ramirez Hernandez with distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine) within 1,000 feet of a school zone. That crime allegedly occurred May 8.
- The court found probable cause to charge Sheldon Wesley George, 30, Okanogan, with second-degree assault (strangulation). The crime allegedly occurred June 17.
- The court found probable cause to charge Dacia L. Mackarness, 41, Oroville, with second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred June 16.
- The court found probable cause to charge Adrian Rodriguez, no middle name listed, 31, Okanogan, with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) within 1,000 feet of a school zone. The crimes allegedly occurred between March and May of 2014.
Juvenile
- A 15-year-old Tonasket boy pleaded guilty June 25 to obstruction. The boy was sentenced to five days in detention and fined $100 for the June 7 crime.
