Criminal

  • Jason Albert Boyd, 28, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (one each of methamphetamine and heroin). Those crimes occurred Jan. 26. In a second case, Boyd pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to another count of distribution of controlled substance (heroin). That crime occurred Oct. 21, 2015. In a third case, Boyd pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to trafficking in food stamps, reselling of food stamps and unauthorized use of food stamps. Those crimes occurred March 5. Boyd was sentenced to a total of 30 months (2.5 years) in prison and fined a total of $4,781.50.
  • Troy Steven Pierre, 20, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 6 to first-degree criminal trespassing (lesser included to residential burglary), attempt to elude of a pursuing police vehicle and reckless driving. Those crimes occurred June 30. In a second case, Pierre pleaded guilty to two counts of POCS (one each of methamphetamine and heroin), and one count each of minor in possession of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia. Those crimes occurred April 7. Pierre was sentenced to a total of eight months in jail and fined a total of $3,521.
  • The court issued Sept. 2 a criminal summons for Frank Millard Fry, 54, Okanogan, for a dangerous dog attack. The crime allegedly occurred May 23.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Tyson Isaac Andrew, 33, Omak, with failure to register as a sex offender. The crime allegedly occurred June 1.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Billyjoe Rosenkilde, 37, Oroville, with second-degree theft and second-degree vehicle prowl. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 18.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Nathaniel James Edenso, 35, Tonasket, with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree possession of stolen property. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 29.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Bill Edward Lindy, 22, Omak, with third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer), fourth-degree assault (DV) and third-degree malicious mischief (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Mihaly Joseph Racz, 20, Okanogan, with residential burglary and attempted third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 3.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Shaun Anthony Sadino, 18, Okanogan, with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, making false or misleading statements, second-degree DWLS and MIP/C. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 5.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Grace E. Schoorl, 31, Vancouver, BC, with POCS (cocaine). The crime allegedly occurred Sept. 5 at the Oroville Port of Entry.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Christopher J. Valagao, 48, Vancouver, BC, with POCS (psilocybin mushrooms). The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 5. at the Oroville Port of Entry.

District Court

  • Roxanne Leona Boyer, 66, Omak, guilty of first-degree criminal trespassing. Boyer was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 358 days suspended, and fined $43.
  • Jessica Lynn Bunting, 27, Omak, had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed. Bunting was fined $400.
  • Joseph Andrew Burroughs, 21, Omak, had two charges dismissed: third-degree malicious mischief and supplying liquor to minors.
  • Erik Castillo Gonzalez, 25, Oroville, had two charges dismissed: harassment and third-degree malicious mischief.
  • Derrick James Charley, 22, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Charley was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended, and fined $873.
  • Amanda Jo Churape, 29, Omak, had a charge dismissed: supplying liquor to minors.
  • Diana Denise Dunne Black, 49, Omak, guilty of DUI. Dunne Black was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended; and fined $2,195.
  • Frank Millard Fry, 54, Okanogan, had a dog offense charge dismissed.
  • Aaron Darnell George, 28, Omak, guilty of DUI. George had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. George was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 234 days suspended, and fined $3,936.
  • Virgil Gerald Green, 80, Tonasket, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
  • Darryle Clint Gua, 32, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree assault. Gua was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 344 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,086.
  • Nathaniel Marcus Hamilton, 29, Omak, guilty on three counts of third-degree DWLS and one count of fourth-degree assault. Hamilton was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 344 days suspended, and fined $1,086.
  • Larry Edward Hendrickson, 34, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Hendrickson was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 84 days suspended, and fined $453.
  • Francis Cody Herman, 29, Omak, guilty of DUI. Herman was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 314 days suspended, and fined $2,236.
  • Alexis Marie Hernandez, 20, Okanogan, guilty on three counts of MIP/C. Hernandez received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined a total of $1,149.
  • Martin Ray Hoffman Jr., 32, Tonasket, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Hoffman was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 suspended, and fined $1,348.
  • Michael Joel Hyde, 34, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Hyde had a third-degree malicious mischief charge dismissed. Hyde was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $1,048.
  • Jerica L. Johnson, 27, Omak, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed without prejudice.
  • Paul William Keith, 76, Okanogan, not guilty of fourth-degree assault.
  • Daniel Rae Lightly, 51, Omak, guilty of first-degree DWLS. Lightly also had a charge dismissed: making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. Lightly was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 184 suspended, and fined a total of $1,483.
  • Nicholas Gutierrez Lopez, 58, Okanogan, had two charges dismissed: third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
