- The court issued an arrest warrant for Eugene Benavides Ragsdale, 42, Oroville, for three counts each of first-degree rape of a child and first-degree incest. The crimes allegedly occurred between February 2009 and February 2011.
- The court issued an arrest warrant for Crispin Emanuel Ramirez, 25, Tonasket, for second-degree assault. The crime allegedly occurred June 4.
- The court found probable cause to charge Cara Ann Campbell, 29, Omak, with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 20. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Campbell with additional charges of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Those crimes allegedly occurred July 29.
- The court found probable cause to charge Alex Whistelkia Elsberg, 22, Okanogan, with second-degree ID theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 4. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Elsberg with POCS (methampethamine) and POCS (heroin). Those crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 11.
- The court found probable cause to charge Kareen Jo Shawl, 38, Omak, with third-degree assault (of a health care worker) and resisting arrest. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 18.
- The court found probable cause to charge Brandon William Cate, 29, Omak, with second-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree possession of stolen property.
- The court found probable cause to charge Anastasia Marie King, 23, Tonasket, with second-degree theft, resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 21.
- The court found probable cause to charge Mark Anthony Yingling, 33, Omak, with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 21.
- The court found probable cause to charge Anthony R. MacFarlane, 29, Tonasket, with harassment (threats to kill) (DV) and fourth-degree assault (DV). The crimes allegedly occurred Aug. 24.
District Court
- Russell Wayne Arruda, 51, Oroville, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed.
- Branden C.H. Busching, 28, Okanogan, had a second-degree criminal trespassing charge dismissed.
- Erik Castillo Gonzalez, 25, Oroville, had two charges dismissed: harassment and third-degree malicious mischief.
- Patricia Ann Caviness, 52, Okanogan, guilty of DUI. Caviness was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
- Tricia Lynn Dezellem, 42, Omak, guilty of first-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree assault. Dezellem had another charge dismissed: violation of a no-contact order. Dezellem was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $86.
- Robert Matthew Eklund, 55, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Eklund was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
- Alex Whistelkia Elsberg, 22, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree theft. Elsberg was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $673.
- Patricia Estrella, 35, Oroville, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed.
- Steven Arnold Finley, 36, Oroville, had a DUI charge dismissed. Finley was fined $1,425.
- Elijah James Fisher, 34, Okanogan, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
- Dia Marie Garnder, 41, Oroville, guilty on two counts of violation of a no-contact order. Gardner was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 360 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,006.
