Criminal
- Jorge Reyes Morales Jr., 23, Omak, was found guilty (bench trial) Aug. 19, 2015 of POCS (cocaine) and third-degree DWLS. Morales was sentenced April 6 to six-plus months in jail and fined $1,110.50 for the Nov. 29, 2014 crimes.
- Shane Roy McDougall, 36, Oroville, pleaded guilty April 5 to second-degree TMVWOP. McDougall was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the March 18 crime.
- Jennifer Lee Cooper, 38, Okanogan, pleaded guilty April 5 to third-degree possession of stolen property (lesser included for second-degree possession of stolen property). Cooper was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended (to be served on electronic home monitoring) and fined $615.72.
- The court issued April 7 a criminal summons to Cassidy Anne Moomaw, 19, Okanogan, for POCS (marijuana) (with intent to deliver). The crime allegedly occurred Jan. 29.
- The court found probable cause to charge Henry Eneas McDougall, 64, Omak, for second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon). The crime allegedly occurred March 28.
- The court found probable cause to charge Tyler Carl Stevenson, 22, Omak, with three counts of second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon) and one count of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The crimes allegedly occurred March 23. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Stevenson with second-degree assault (strangulation) (DV), two counts of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and seven counts of violation of a no-contact order (DV). Those crimes allegedly occurred March 31.
- The court found probable cause to charge Jamaree Josefina Ponce, 22, Omak, with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred March 31.
- The court found probable cause to charge Michael Anthony Eisen, 27, Oroville, with POCS (methamphetamine) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred April 3.
Juvenile
- A 14-year-old Okanogan boy pleaded guilty March 30 to second-degree theft, third-degree theft, MIP/C and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowl. The boy was sentenced to 22 days in detention with credit for 22 days served for the Feb. 21 crime. A restitution hearing was scheduled for May 25.
- A 15-year-old Okanogan boy pleaded guilty April 6 to harassment and fourth-degree assault. The boy was sentenced to four days in detention and seven hours of community service for the Aug. 23, 2015 crimes. A restitution hearing was scheduled for June 29.
District Court
- Russell Ellis Gardner, 23, Tonasket, had a fourth-degree charge dismissed.
- Efrain Gomez Vargas, 40, Omak, guilty of physical control. Gomez Vargas was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 289 days suspended, and fined $2,661.
- Dusty Mae Hamilton, 35, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Hamilton was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 81 days suspended, and fined $613.
- Samantha Ann Harding, 45, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS and violation of a no-contact order. Harding was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 344 days suspended, and fined a total of $823.
- Earl Dean Harris, 85, Okanogan, had a charge dismissed: hit-and-run (attended vehicle).
- Allen Richard Hertlein, 26, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Hertlein received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $613.
- Scott Thomas Hilke, 21, Okanogan, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Hilke was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $473.
- Christopher Michael Huston, 30, Riverside, had a charge dismissed: second-degree fishing without a license. Huston was fined $200.
- Michael Joel Hyde, 45, Omak, guilty of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Hyde received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $543.
- Stephanie Nacole James, 23, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree possession of stolen property and two counts of making a false or misleading statement. James was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 348 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,756.
- Michael A. Losik, 49, Tonasket, had a charge dismissed: second-degree fishing without a license.
- Ishna Rayman Mason, 35, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Camille C. McClintock, 43, Oroville, had a third-degree malicious mischief charge dismissed. McClintock was fined $500.
- Daryl Anthony McCraigie, 27, Omak, guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of DUI. McCraigie was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 289 days suspended, and fined $743.
