- Dwight Eldon Backherms, 52, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Backherms was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, and fined $703.
- Shannon Marie Bailey, 45, Oroville, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Bailey received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $903.
- Frederick David Batson Jr., 31, Omak, guilty of DUI. Batson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
- Reinaldo Alejandro Beltran, 23, Oroville, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
- Matthew James Blackledge, 50, Omak, had four charges dismissed: violation of a no-contact order, violation of an anti-harassment order, violation of a civil anti-harassment order and harassment (gross misdemeanor).
- Gordon Lewis Bordeaux, 66, Omak, had a charge dismissed: violation of a no-contact order.
