    Oroville Mayor Ed Naillon and Osoyoos, BC Mayor Sue McKortoff met up at the Oroville Farmers’ Market on Saturday, June 28 to celebrate the proposed joining of the two communities as Sister Cities. Arnie Marchand approached the Oroville City Council a few meetings back and suggested that the two cities, only separated by a few miles and the International Boundary between the United States and Canada, pursue a Sister City relationship.
