Wallace “Wally” Turner Brown was born June 6, 1949 to Ellsworth and Betty J. Smith Brown in Tonasket. He passed away at home April 1, 2011.
Memorial services were held Monday, March 21 for Arden Dale Halvorsen at the Oroville Free Methodist Church. He passed away on March 16 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
Isabelle B. Losvar peacefully passed away on March 22, 2011 at North Valley Extended Care in Tonasket. She was born on Nov. 11, 1926 in Ketchikan, Alaska to parents William and Mary Brown.
Edith Marie Fleming, 84, died peacefully at home with loved ones at her side in Monroe, Wash. on March 11, 2011. Everyone enjoyed Edith’s sparkling blue eyes, witty sense of humor, dahlia bouquets, butter horn rolls, perfect chocolate chip cookies and welcoming hugs!
Born on July 19, 1949 Rick Taylor passed away on March 8, 2011. Rick spent the last few days of his life in the tender embrace of his family following a sudden illness.

The Celebration of Life and Candle light vigil for Kristopher William Anderson is scheduled for Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the Chief Tonasket Park, in Tonasket, Wash. at the Salmon viewing platform at 6:30 p.m.

Harry Hartman Haney Sr., age 92, logger, author and historian of Oroville was delivered into the world by his mid-wife grandmother in a log cabin on July 10, 1918 in the township of Rat Root, Minn.
Tom Harvey, 64, of Oroville passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at his home in Oroville. He was born in Boise, Idaho on Nov. 23, 1946 to parents Oliver and Bernice Harvey.
