  • The court found probable cause to charge Rodimiro Bejar Alvarez, 34, Oroville, with first-degree rape of a child, first-degree incest, first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest. The crimes allegedly occurred between May 11, 2011 and Feb. 26, 2016.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Robert Forest Bright, 33, Okanogan, with first-degree child molestation. The crime allegedly occurred April 1. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Bright with indecent liberties. That crime allegedly occurred Sept. 14, 2012.
  • The court issued a criminal summons to Jared James-Paul Morris, 24, Omak, for distribution of a controlled substance (heroin). The crime allegedly occurred Oct. 28, 2015.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Roland Ray Wolff, 59, Omak, with residential burglary, second-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief. The crimes allegedly occurred May 3.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Wilfred Pierre Nysti, 34, Omak, with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault (DV) and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred July 8.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Daggon Devoy Andrew Chaska, 24, Tonasket, with POCS (methamphetamine). The crime allegedly occurred July 12.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Amanda Corlene Childers, 23, Oroville, with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault (with a deadly weapon), second-degree theft, third-degree theft, second-degree possession of stolen property (access device) and three counts of second-degree ID theft. The crimes allegedly occurred July 14.

The crimes allegedly occurred July 14.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Darlyn Denise DePoe, 28, Omak, with first-degree criminal impersonation and third-degree DWLS. The crimes allegedly occurred May 20.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Joseph Blaze Parnisi, 35, Omak, with POCS (MDMA) and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred July 16.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Larry Edward Hendrickson, 34, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine), use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal trespassing. The crimes allegedly occurred July 19.

District Court

  • Ramona Lynn Penley, 28, Okanogan, guilty on two counts of third-degree theft. Penley was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,186.
  • Casey Peone, no middle name listed, 22, Okanogan, guilty of first-degree criminal trespassing. Peone was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $873.
  • Michael James Reisenburg, 45, Okanogan, guilty of DUI and reckless driving. Reisenburg was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,881.
  • Freda Victoria Riehart, 40, Omak, guilty of disorderly conduct. Riehart was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $428.
  • Amanda A. Sanabia Hammons, 34, Riverside, guilty of third-degree theft. Sanabia Hammons received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $833.
  • Kareen J. Shawl, 28, Okanogan, guilty of disorderly conduct and two counts of two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing. Shawl was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,589.
  • Lisa Marie Smith, 52, Omak, guilty of third-degree DLWS. Smith received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $663.
  • David Allen Siles, 31, Oroville, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Siles received a 364-day suspended sentence, and fined $988.
  • Randy Lee Timentwa, 35, Omak, guilty of second-degree DWLS. Timentwa was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $613.
  • Tori Fontae Tomma, 33, Omak, guilty of first-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock violation. Tomma was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,373.
  • Penny Annette Weekly, 40, Okanogan, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed. Weekly was fined $500.
  • Christopher Lavern Whitmore, 40, Tonasket, had a third-degree malicious mischief charge dismissed.
  • Cory Joseph Whitmore, 42, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Whitmore was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,333.
  • Lavelle Leon Williams, 39, Omak, had a harassment charge dismissed.
  • Regina Margret Wycoff, 46, Oroville, had two charges dismissed: harassment and disorderly conduct.
  • Elizabeth Ann Zierlein, 36, guilt on two counts of third-degree theft and one count each of violation of an anti-harassment order and second-degree criminal trespassing. Zierlein was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined a total of $2,432.
