  • Wayne Anthony Seymour, 39, Omak, pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to fourth-degree assault (DV) and unlawful display of a weapon. Seymour was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined $615 for the Dec. 23, 2015 crimes.
  • Joshua Lee Gitt, 40, Oroville, pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to POCS (methamphetamine). Gitt was sentenced to 12+ months in prison, and fined $1,760.50 for the Dec. 9, 2016 crime.
  • Ameera Elizabeth Parisien, 19, Omak, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to second-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree theft. The court dismissed an additional charge of second-degree burglary. Parisien was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, and fined $600. The crimes occurred Jan. 21 and Feb. 11.
  • Jennifer Leigh Hawkins, 19, Omak, pleaded guilty Feb. 14 to POCS (heroin). Hawkins was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $700 for the Nov. 22, 2016 crime.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Alex Hernandez Aguilar, 18, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine) and violation of a no-contact order. The crime allegedly occurred Feb. 11.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jonathan Ray Thacker, 41, Omak, with POCS (methamphetamine), violation of a no-contact order (DV) and obstruction. The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 13.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Brendan Joe Otsby, 22, Oroville, with POCS (heroin) and use of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 10.

District Court

  • Isaac Serrano, 29, Omak, guilty of DUI. Serrano was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
  • Ethan James Stout, 24, Omak, guilty on three counts of violation of a no-contact order. Stout was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,764.
  • Bryon J. St. Peter, 20, Omak, had a charge dismissed: use or delivery of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jonathan Ray Thacker, 40, Omak, guilty of fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief. Thacker was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,976.
  • Mark Steven Tiffany, 33, Oroville, had a charge dismissed: unlawful hydraulic project activities.
  • Jesus Torres Rodriguez, 37, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Johnathan Charles Von Grote, 25, Tonasket, guilty of second-degree DWLS. Von Grote was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended.
  • Michael John Zachman, 37, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree possession of stolen property. Zachman was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $623.
