Tiger wrestlers 2nd at Royal City

ROYAL CITY – Collin Aitcheson and John Rawley each won individual championships as Tonasket took second place at the highly-competitive Royal City tournament.

Team Scoring: Castle Rock 180, Tonasket 150, Warden 145, Granger 134, Connell 127, Royal 120, Chewelah 119, Chelan 114, Cashmere 109, Liberty Bell 91, Goldendale 89, Othello 85, Reardan, 69, Wahluke 40, Riverside 22.

Collin Aitcheson (120) – 1st place – def. Ricky Almaguer (Granger), top-ranked in Class 1A in semifinals; def. Alec Lauriano (Othello), top-ranked in Class 2A in championship.

John Rawley (195) – 1st place – def. Greg Heinen (Connell), top-ranked in Class 1A, in championship.

Vance Frazier (106) – 4th place

Peaches Walton (132) – 4th place

Austin Knowlton (170) – 4th place

Chad Edwards (285) – 4th place

Trevor Peterson (126) – 5th place

Frank Holfeltz (182) – 5th place
