“(We) had some great plays, but just couldn’t pull it together as a team,” said Oroville coach Stacey Hinze. “Although we did not bring home a win, we are now aware of what we need to work on when we meet Bridgeport again in league play.”

The Hornets (0-5) were set to open Central Washington 2B League  play at Manson on Tuesday, Sept. 25.

Stats: Monica Herrera 3 kills, 15 digs; Rachelle Nutt 13 digs; Bridget Clark 15 digs.
