Oroville’s first week of high school sports competition was wiped out by bad weather last week.

Baseball and tennis matches were rescheduled for later in the spring.

The Hornets’ first full day of action is at Tonasket on Thursday, March 22, as the baseball, fastpitch softball, tennis and boys soccer squads take the field against the Tigers.

Track is still set to open up Saturday at Ephrata.
