  • The court dismissed Nov. 10 two charges against Joseph Michael Foreman, 23, Okanogan: possession of a stolen motor vehicle and third-degree possession of stolen property. The charges were dismissed with prejudice.
  • Christian Kwaku Gyamfi, 40, Okanogan, pleaded guilty Nov. 12 to violation of a no-contact, protection or restraining order (third offense) (DV). Gyamfi was sentenced to 60 months (five years) in prison and fined $2,664.54 for the Aug. 8 crime.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Carl Allen Snyder, 50, Omak, with three counts of harassment (threats to kill). The crimes allegedly occurred Nov. 3.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jeremiah Van Tachell, 23, Omak, with second-degree possession of stolen property. The crime allegedly occurred Nov. 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Blake Forrest Lannoye, 29, Omak, with second-degree possession of stolen property. The crime allegedly occurred Nov. 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge James Clair Chevalier, 68, Tonasket, with two counts of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The crimes allegedly occurred Nov. 6.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Larry Gene Visger, 67, Oroville, with forgery and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Nov. 7.

District Court

  • Clinton John Nicholson, 51, Omak, guilty on two counts of third-degree DWLS. Nicholson was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined a total of $861.
  • Bjarne Matthew Olson Jr., 35, Omak, guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of DUI. Olson was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 244 days suspended, and fined $3,636.
  • Misty Francine Ornelas, 33, Oroville, guilty of DUI. Ornelas was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $1,936.
  • Vickie Jorjean Owen, 57, Tonasket, had two charges dismissed: non-emergency use of the 911 system and third-degree malicious mischief. Owen was fined $200.
  • Jason Lee Parten, 27, Okanogan, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Kenneth Taylor Pillow, 21, Tonasket, had a charge dismissed: possession of marijuana (less than 40 grams). Pillow was fined $400.
  • Richard D.A. Poitras, 34, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Poitras was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $818.
  • Cesar Ivan Rangel Duarte, 31, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Rangel Duarte was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
  • Franklin John Raschka, 35, Oroville, guilty of use of drug paraphernalia. Raschka was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended, and fined $608.
  • Fletcher Clay Rickabaugh, 18, Okanogan, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
  • Alisha Ann Russell, 22, Omak, had a charge dismissed: violation of a temporary order of protection.
  • Antonio Rodriguez Sanchez, 47, Oroville, guilty of first-degree negligent driving. Sanchez was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $958.
  • Fermin Sanchez Orozco, 22, Okanogan, had a charge dismissed: non-emergency use of the 911 system. Sanchez Orozco was fined $500.
  • Eduardo Sandoval Rivera, 18, Omak, guilty of DUI. Sandoval Rivera was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $1,936. He also had a hit-and-run (attended vehicle) charge dismissed.
  • Andrew Charles Slaton, 37, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Michael Todd Storm, 52, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
