Pilots Association meeting

TONASKET – The Washington Pilots Association will meet Thursday, Nov. 20 at Whistler’s Restaurant in Tonasket beginning with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Perry Huston is coming to from the county planning department to discuss the latest planning regarding airports in the county. Annual Christmas Bazaar

Pictures with Santa

OROVILLE – The Oroville Elementary Parent Educational Committee (E.P.E.C.) is sponsoring Pictures with Santa on Friday, Nov. 21 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the Junior Women’s Christmas Bazaar.

Complimentary Concert

OROVILLE – North Valley Community School will have an evening of show tunes by Daisy Nau and Lindsay Delmarter on Friday, Nov. 21 at the Oroville Public Library, with seating at 6:30 p.m. and the show at 7 p.m.

AmVets Friday Dinner

CHESAW – The Chesaw Friday night AmVets dinner is being held on Friday, Nov. 21 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Chesaw Tavern. On the menu this week is Fettuccine and with artichokes and sausage, green salad and dessert.

Sitzmark Annual Auction

TONASKET – The Annual Sitzmark Ski Club auction will be held on Saturday, Nov. 22 at the Tonasket Eagles. Thanksgiving Market

OKANOGAN – The Okanogan Valley Farmers Market will hold a Thanksgiving market at the Okanogan Grange on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. A wide variety of vegetables, Thanksgiving baked goods and Christmas gift items will be available. Thanksgiving Dinner

CHESAW – A free Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings will be held at the Chesaw Community Building on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

TONASKET – Tonasket Elementary School is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair at the Tonasket Elementary gym Monday, Dec. 1 through Saturday, Dec. 6. Holiday Bazaar

TONASKET – A Holiday Bazaar is being held at the Community Cultural Center on Friday, Dec. 5 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 35 vendors available. Call (509) 486-1328 for more details.

OROVILLE – The Oroville food bank operates every Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., excluding holidays, in the basement of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. For more information, call Jeff Austin at 476-3978 or Jessica Lakey at 476-3817.

TONASKET – The Tonasket food bank operates every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 300 S. Whitcomb Ave. Drop-offs can be made at Tonasket Tavern. For more information, call Jack Gavin at 486-2480 or Debby Curren at 486-2459.
