Tiger girls can’t overcome slow start

TONASKET – Tonasket spotted Lake Roosevelt a 20-2 lead before cutting the Raiders’ lead to 10 points in the second half. Lake Roosevelt held on for a 47-35 win to knock the Tiger girls into Saturday’s consolation game. Tonasket plays Liberty Bell at 2:00 p.m., while Lake Roosevelt takes on the Okanogan JV for the tournament title at 6:00 p.m.
