TACOMA – After two whole days of tough competition, the Oroville Hornets wrestling team left the Tacoma Dome with one state placer among the three wrestlers who went.

OMAK – The Tonasket Tigers finished the District 6 Wrestling Tournament in second place with 239.50 points, trailing only Omak with 353 points on Saturday, Feb. 5.
TONASKET – The Tonasket girls’ basketball team finished their final week of the season with one win and two losses last week for a fifth place Caribou Trail League finish, ending with a league record of 2-8 and an overall record of 8-12.

WINTHROP – Oroville finished second from the top at Districts, with Nick Perez, wrestling 140 and Gabe Beltran, wrestling 285, taking championships.
PATEROS – After four games, the Tonasket boys’ basketball team is undefeated so far.
EPHRATA – The Tonasket wrestling team finished second at the Ephrata Tournament last week days after defeating the Oroville team in a match.
PATEROS – The Tonasket Lady Tigers have won their last two games, giving them a 2-2 record after the first two weeks of the season.
FOREST GROVE, Ore. – Kody Kramer, a senior at Pacific University, finished fifth at 157 pounds to be the top finisher for the Pacific men’s wrestling team as they played host to the Mike Clock Open at the Stoller Center on Sunday.
