Kevin Eugene Ingalls, 50, Burien, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to first-degree criminal trespassing, harassment, second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree malicious mischief. Ingalls was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 304 days suspended, and fined $500. The crimes occurred May 25 near Tonasket.

Dylan Jay Mulligan, 28, Oroville, pleaded guilty Aug. 18 to third-degree child molestation. The court dismissed charges of second-degree rape, unlawful imprisonment, furnishing liquor to a minor and indecent liberties. Mulligan was sentenced Sept. 22 to eight months in jail and fined $860.50 for the Dec. 27, 2013 crime.

Jennifer Louise Ballesteros, 44, Omak, pleaded guilty April 24 two counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Those crimes occurred March 26 and April 7, 2014. In a second case, Ballesteros pleaded guilty April 24 to POCS (methamphetamine). That crime occurred March 2. Ballesteros was sentenced Sept. 3 to a total of 20+ months in prison and fined a total of $4,221.

Eleanor Jean Beach, 67, Omak, pleaded guilty Aug. 25 to four counts each of residential burglary and third-degree theft. Beach was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, 30 days community service and fined $860.50. The crimes occurred in June and July.

Scott Joseph Girard, 51, Oroville, pleaded guilty July 21 to failure to register as a sex offender (third or subsequent conviction), unlawful possession of a firearm and first-degree unlawful hunting of wild birds. The court dismissed several charges: three counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, one count of making a false or misleading statement, four counts of first-degree unlawful hunting of wild birds and 14 counts of second-degree hunting of wild birds. Girard was sentenced to 57 months in prison and fined $600 for the March 1, 2014 crimes.

Jeannette Deann Dudley, 48, Okanogan, pleaded guilty July 20 to three counts of distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Dudley was sentenced Aug. 11 to 16 months in prison and fined $1,150. The crimes occurred Jan. 28, Feb. 5 and Feb. 18, 2014.
