District Court

Christopher M. Davis, 20, Riverside, pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $793.

Jeffrey S. Combs, 18, Tonasket, pled guilty to second degree DWLS/R, Operating Vehicle without Ignition Interlock and Unlawful Possession or Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. He was sentenced to 180 days with 175 suspended and 90 days with 89 suspended and 90 days with 88 suspended. He was also fined a total of $978.

William R. Shearin, 25, Tonasket, pled guilty to DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 80 suspended and fined a total of $293.

Charlotte L. St.Peter, 21, Omak, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. She was sentenced to 90 days with 87 suspended and fined a total of $793.

Lyle V. Haukaas, 24, Okanogan, pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 365 days with 300 suspended and fined a total of $2141.

Leroy C. Cate Jr. 44, Omak, pled guilty to DUI and was sentenced to 365 days with 360 suspended and fined a total of $1,721.

Marcia L. Elzea, 51, Okanogan, pled guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and fined a total of $1,432.

Daniel J. C. Angell, 19, Tonasket, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana less than 40 grams. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $543.

Madrigal D. Villalobos, 32, Okanogan, pled guilty to second degree Vehicle Prowl, third degree Malicious Mischief, third degree Attempted Theft and second degree Criminal Trespassing. He was sentenced to 90 days with 75 suspended on count one, 90 days with 75 suspended on count two, 90 days with 75 suspended on count three, and 90 days with 75 suspended on count four.

Rachelle M. Stanley, 35, Omak, pled guilty to two counts third degree Theft. She was sentenced to 90 days with 81 suspended and 90 days with 81 suspended. She was also fined a total of $186.

April L. Davis, 39, Okanogan, pled guilty to fourth degree Assault. She was sentenced to 180 days with 178 suspended and fined a total of $508.

Superior Court

Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Jay Allen Thomas, Okanogan, with Attempt to Elude, DUI and first degree DWLS. Bail was set at $25,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Jason Jones, Omak, with second degree Malicious Mischief. He was released on personal recognizance.

Emery Peter Hall Jr. Omak, pled guilty to four counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 40 months on each count to be served concurrently and fined a total of $4305.50.

Patrick Joseph Mullen, Omak, pled guilty to first degree Attempted Malicious Mischief. He was sentenced to 15 days and fined a total of $920.50.

Brett Firmin Kincaid, Riverside, pled guilty to second degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and second degree Unlawful Hunting of Wild Birds. He was sentenced to three months on count one and 90 days on count two with 60 days suspended for one year. He was also fined a total of $1,070.

Juvenile

A 17 year-old juvenile from Okanogan pled guilty to second degree Burglary, first degree Malicious Mischief and second degree Theft.

Decrees of Dissolution

Alfredo Gonzalas, Omak, filed to dissolve his marriage with Ramona P. Gonzalas, Okanogan.

Jennifer Irene Hubbard, Riverside, filed to dissolve her marriage with Timothy Keith Edwards.

The court dissolved the marriage of Jessica Garcia, the petitioner from Oroville whose name shall change to Jessica Marie Dudley, and Kory Garcia, the respondent from Oroville.
