Jose Cruz, 36, Omak, was charged with DUI. He received one year confinement and $1,936 fine.

Michael Austen, 33, Okanogan, was charged with DWLS third degree. He received 90 days confinement and $658 fine.

Frank Bigwolf, 34, Omak, was charged with failure to obey a police officer, DUI and DWLS third degree. He received one year, three months confinement and $2,436 fine.

Simon Chapa, 62, Omak, was charged with DWLS third degree.

Dusty Deibel, 32, Omak, was charged with DWLS first degree.

Getulio Hernandez-Garcia, 20, Omak, was charged with use/delivery of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Hobbs, 30, Omak, was charged with criminal trespassing second degree. He received 90 days confinement and $258 fine.

Donald Jones, 54, Omak, was charged with negligent driving first degree. He received 90 days and $258 fine.

Arlen Long, 56, Omak, was charged with DWLS third degree. He received 90 days confinement and $268 fine.

Celio Mendoza Torrez, 35, Okanogan, was charged with assault fourth degree. She received one year confinement and $1,033 fine.

Robert Richardson, 32, Tonasket, was charged with three counts of fourth degree assault. He received one year confinement and $1,033 fine.

Steven Rosenburg, 47, Omak, was charged with physical control. He received one year confinement and $1,936 fine.

Natasha West, 18, Oroville, was charged with DUI.

Jesse Ytuarte, 30, Okanogan, was charged with DWLS third degree. He received 90 days and $858 fine.

In Okanogan, on Elmway, a male subject stole two cans of Red Bull out of a store’s cooler and ran. A store employee recognized the male subject and ran after him until the male subject got into a vehicle and drove away.

In Okanogan, on Monroe Street, a female subject has been driving by a resident’s house with her daughter who has been flipping the resident’s family off. There is a protection order between the female subject and the resident.

In Tonasket, on Havillah Road, an unknown subject called a woman stating that someone had called her from that number. The subject made several threatening remarks to which the woman responded that she had never called that number before.

In Okanogan, on Old Highway 97, a 14-year-old daughter called to complain that her mother had been assaulting her for the past two years. She’d apparently been living with her step-father. Police found out that CPS had filed a report against the girl’s family three months prior to the daughter’s call.

In Oroville, on Hwy. 97, a man was parked on his neighbor’s property waiting for his neighbor to get home so he could yell at him about parking incorrectly. His neighbor called police to report that the man was harassing him.

In Omak, on Shumway Road, a resident was sent two threatening text messages. The resident believes that a person repeatedly walking by his house is the person who sent them.

In Okanogan, on Old Hwy. 97, a vehicle slid off the roadway. The man called to inform police that the tow company would not assist him until their “next rotational tow.” Police arrived to wait with him until the tow company arrived.

In Tonasket, on Hagood Cutoff Road, a subject tried to hit a resident’s husband with a vehicle. The subject swerved around another vehicle and tried to hit him. The driver was identified when he parked, exited the vehicle and tried to hit the husband with a bar.

In Tonasket, on East Cayuse Mountain Road, there was a female subject at the location with injuries she sustained from being assaulted by her mother.

In Tonasket, on Aspen Way, mail fraud was reported. The caller was missing some legal paperwork that he knew to be delivered to him by mail. The post office has no information on the whereabouts of the paperwork.

A pick up order was issued for a 46-year-old female subject who was threatening suicide and homicide of the children in the home.

In Okanogan, on West Fork Road, a woman reported that her stained glass was stolen. She believes that her realtor took it. There was no sign of forced entry.

In Omak, on Engh Road, a woman called inquiring about her options regarding her being asked to leave the residence since the tenant passed away.
