District Court

Alicia Lynn Flores, 30, Omak, pled guilty to Making False Statement to a Public Servant. She was sentenced to 90 days with 83 suspended and fined a total of $303.

Dylan J. Mulligan, 21, Oroville, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $803.

Jose Agustin Sanchez, 25, Omak, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $803.

Dean Shawn Tonner, 41, Okanogan, pled guilty to three counts third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to a total of 180 days with 180 days suspended. He was also fined a total of $753.

Russell Dene Womer, 36, Omak, pled guilty to third degree DWLS and Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to 90 days with 80 suspended and 180 days with 90 suspended. He was also fined a total of $1,493.

Superior Court

Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Colin Martin Townsend, Okanogan, with three counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Michael Anthony McClure with Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

The court found probable cause to charge Bridger Clay Morgan, Omak, with Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bail was set at $2,500.

The court found probable cause to charge Kenneth A. Johnson, Omak, with three counts Forgery and three counts third degree Theft. Bail was set at $2,500.

The court found probable cause to charge Jesse Martin Shadle, Omak, with Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bail was set at $2,500.

Nicole I. Hanson, Omak, pled guilty to two counts Forgery. She was sentenced to 45 days on count one and 45 days on count two. She was also fined a total of $1,070.50.

Christopher Jack Parks, Omak, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana more than 40 grams. He was sentenced to 30 days and fined a total of $1,420.50.

Juvenile

A 15-year-old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to fourth degree Assault. He was sentenced to 10 days confinement and six months community supervision.

The court dissolved the marriage of Debra Booker, the petitioner from Okanogan and James G. Booker, the respondent, from Okanogan.

The court dissolved the marriage of Marion Relton Carpenter, the petitioner and Helen Ruby Carpenter, the respondent from Omak.

The court dissolved the marriage of Elisabeth Waggoner, the petitioner from Omak and Joseph L. Waggoner, the respondent from Omak.

A report from Coyote Canyon Rd. near Oroville of stray animals. There are approximately 100 animals on the reporting party’s property including cows, pigs and horses.

A report from High Country Dr. near Tonasket of suspicious circumstances. The reporting party works for the census bureau and was driving around checking addresses and a male subject with holster and gun approached the vehicle, knocked on the window and demanded the reporting party get out of the vehicle.

A report from Boundary Point Rd. near Oroville of a missing person. An 85-year-old female left the residence walking and has not come back.

A report from Oak St. in Okanogan of a juvenile problem. Two subjects drove past the reporting party and pulled out a paintball gun and tried to shoot at the reporting party.

A report from Nulton Lane near Oroville of malicious mischief. A subject broke windows on the pump house at the location. The PUD electric meter inside the pump house is also damaged.

A report from Omache Dr. in Omak of harassment. The reporting party’s ex-boyfriend was attempting to start a fight with the reporting party’s current boyfriend.

A report from Lemanasky Rd. near Tonasket of threats. The reporting party’s life was threatened by a resident who told her he could shoot her or anyone else for trespassing under the homestead law. The reporting party is working for the census bureau and her job requires she go to the area. The police spoke with the subject and the subject was more than cooperative. The initial contact was misunderstood.

A report from Fifth Ave. in Okanogan of malicious mischief. The back window was broken out of the reporting party’s vehicle. The incident occurred sometime during the night.
