District Court

Gerald L. Johnson, 37, Okanogan, pled guilty to six counts of third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 85 suspended, 90 days on each count and fined a total of $2,358.

Billy C. Bennett, 33, Omak, pled guilty to third degree DWLS. He was sentenced to 90 days with 80 suspended and fined a total of $293.

Darlene L. Davidson Sena, 44, Okanogan, pled guilty to third degree DWLS/R and fined a total of $723.

Manuel Cabera Jr. 19, Omak, pled guilty to three counts third degree DWLR and two counts MIP. He was sentenced to 90 days with 83 suspended, 90 days with 90 suspended, 90 days with 85 suspended, 180 days with 180 suspended and 180 days with 173 suspended. He was also fined a total of $2,197.

Juventino M. Vazquez, 37, Tonasket, pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 365 days with 305 days suspended.

Veronica L. Lopez, 35, Omak, pled guilty to fourth degree Assault DV. She was sentenced to 180 days with 174 suspended and fined a total of $583.

Martin A. Aguilar, 19, Okanogan, pled guilty to Harassment. He was sentenced to 180 days with 90 days suspended.

Constance L. Finsen, 46, Oroville, pled guilty to second degree DWLS/R and Operating a Vehicle without Ignition Interlock. She was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and 90 days with 89 days suspended. She was also fined a total of $438.

Ryan P. Tinker, 23, Omak, pled guilty to third degree Theft. He was sentenced to 180 days wit 180 suspended and fined a total of $828.

Eric A. Vanbrocklin, 29, Oroville, pled guilty to two counts third degree Theft. He was sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended and 180 days with 179 suspended. He was also fined a total of $510.

Superior Court

Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Joshua Andrew Daniel Howell, Omak, with second degree Theft, Residential Burglary, first degree Theft and second degree Malicious Mischief. Bail was set at $12,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Delora Lea Bostic, Omak, with Residential Burglary, first degree Theft and second degree Malicious Mischief. Bail was set at $7,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Jason Adam Lee Cordova, Omak, with second degree Theft, Attempted Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine and POCS with intent to Deliver – Marijuana. Bail was set at $50,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Venessa Christine Herschlip, Tonasket, with Felony Harassment and Threats to Kill. Bail was set at $10,000.

Christopher D. Brockmiller, Omak, pled guilty to three counts Attempting to Elude Pursuing Police Vehicle, first degree DWLS/R and Hit-and-Run with property damage. He was sentenced to 29 months on count one, 365 days with 185 days suspended for two years on count two and 365 days with 185 suspended for two years on count three. He was also fined a total of $3,211.50.

Juvenile

An 11 year-old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to two counts fourth degree Assault DV and third degree Malicious Mischief DV. She was sentenced to 38 days confinement and six months community supervision.

A 16 year-old juvenile from Omak pled guilty to third degree Theft. He was sentenced to five days confinement and six months community supervision.

A hose leads from the reporting party’s pipe to a trailer in the other yard. The reporting party has been receiving overages from the city.

A report from Second Ave. in Okanogan of several juveniles jumping off bridge into the creek bed. The juveniles were advised they can not jump off bridge.

A report from Parkway near Omak of trespassing. Subject in the reporting party’s back yard on a four wheeler with hammer and tool belt. The subjects were contacted and it was learned they work for the PUD.
