  • Tyler Lee Shelton, 26, Omak, pleaded guilty July 5 to first-degree criminal trespassing (lesser included of first-degree burglary), third-degree theft (lesser included of first-degree robbery), attempted second-degree assault (lesser included of first-degree assault) and two counts of third-degree malicious mischief. Shelton was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 94 days suspended, and fined $1,260.50 for the April 4 crimes.
  • Robert Matthew Harris, 44, Moses Lake, pleaded guilty July 5 to two counts of attempted second-degree burglary (lesser included of second-degree burglary), and one count each of second-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief. Harris was sentenced to 38.25 months (3.2 years) in prison and fined $600. The crimes occurred May 19, 2015 near Bonaparte Lake.
  • Dylan Thomas James Counts, 22, Omak, pleaded guilty July 5 to attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, obstruction and third-degree DWLS. Counts was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,260.50 for the May 12 crimes.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Tiffany Pauline Irey, 35, Omak, with second-degree escape and possession of a weapon by a person serving a sentence. The crimes allegedly occurred June 30.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Troy Steven Pierre, 20, Omak, with residential burglary, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle and reckless driving. The crimes allegedly occurred June 30.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Joseph Edward Murchison, 44, Omak, with third-degree assault (of a health care worker). The crime allegedly occurred July 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Pete Norman Martin, 52, Omak, with second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault (of a law enforcement officer), and one count each of obstruction and resisting arrest. The crimes allegedly occurred July 4.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Christopher Edward Conte, 25, Missoula, with four counts of POCS (one each for Vyvanse, morphine, Xanax and Ritalin). The crimes allegedly occurred at the Oroville Port of Entry.

District Court

  • Reinaldo Alejandro Beltran, 23, Oroville, guilty of third-degree malicious mischief. Beltran had a charge dismissed: interfering with reporting (DV). Beltran was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,348.
  • Jason Albert Boyd, 28, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Boyd was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended, and fined $653.
  • Michael Shane Brackett, 20, Tonasket, guilty of DUI. Brackett was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
  • Casey James Brender, 27, Tonasket, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Shawna Louise Brown, 34, Omak, had a DUI charge dismissed.
  • Dylan Thomas James Counts, 22, Omak, guilty of violation of a no-contact order and third-degree malicious mischief. Counts had two charges dismissed: third-degree theft and violation of a no-contact order. Counts was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 344 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,781.
  • Wayne Kenneth Doner, 59, Omak, guilty of hit-and-run (unattended vehicle). Doner received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $613.
  • Alicia Lynn Flores, 37, Omak, guilty of first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree DWLS. Flores was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 355 days suspended, and fined a total of $1,376.
  • Clarisa Llasmin Fonseca, 22, Okanogan, had a charge dismissed: possession of marijuana (less than 40 grams).
  • Francis Joseph Frank, 54, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Frank received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $663.
  • Cassandra Roberta George, 28, Omak, guilty of second-degree DWLS and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. George was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 360 days suspended, and fined $823.
  • Erica Arabelli Godina, 29, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Godina received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $863.
  • Debra Michele Gregg, 54, Omak, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed.
  • Bradley William Hack, 24, Omak, guilty of first-degree criminal trespassing. Hack was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $648.
  • Sarah Lynn Hall, 24, Omak, guilty of hit-and-run (unattended property). Hall was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended, and fined $653.
  • Vickie Ann Hall, 49, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Hall received a 90-day suspended sentence and fine $653.
  • Ronald Rudolph Hance, 28, Omak, had two charges dismissed: both fourth-degree assault.
