  • The court found probable cause to charge Daggon Andrew Devoy Chaska, 23, Tonasket, with POCS (marijuana), third-degree DWLS and reckless driving.
  • Henry Eneas McDougal, 64, Omak, pleaded guilty May 31 to attempted second-degree assault (lesser included for second-degree assault). McDougall was sentenced to 11.25 months in jail and fined $600 for the March 28 crimes.
  • Loren Mitchell Joe Harry, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty May 31 to POCS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harry was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $1,260.50 for the Feb. 10 crime.
  • Felix Joseph Belanger, 23, Montreal, pleaded guilty May 31 to POCS (MDMA). Belanger was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,260.50. The crime occurred May 19 at the Oroville Port of Entry.

District Court

  • Daggon Andrew Devoy Chaska, 23, Tonasket, guilty to second-degree DWLS. Chaska was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $373.
  • James Thomas Connors, 66, Tonasket, had a DUI charge dismissed.
  • Cory Stephen Lee Counts, 22, Omak, had a fourth-degree assault charge dismissed and guilty of second-degree DWLS. Counts was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $726.
  • Kyle Christopher Davis, 26, Tonasket, guilty of disorderly conduct. Davis was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 days suspended, and fined $793.
  • Jesus De Aquino Oregon, 39, guilty of violation of a no-contact order. De Aquino Oregon was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $1,003.
  • Gregory Eric DiGiovanna, 42, Tonasket, guilty two counts of third-degree DWLS. DiGiovanna was sentenced to 90 degrees in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $906.
  • Roger Joe Duncan, 42, Tonasket, guilty of disorderly conduct. Duncan received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $613.
  • David Glenn Ferrell, 34, guilty of disorderly conduct. Ferrell received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $793.
  • Anthony Abraham Grand Louis, 45, Omak, guilty of second-degree criminal trespassing. Grand Louis was sentenced 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, and fined $413.
  • Michele Rene Gregg, 49, Omak, had a third-degree theft charge dismissed. Gregg was fined $500.
  • Alexander Henry, no middle name listed, 29, Omak, guilty of DUI and guilty (other deferral revoked) of second-degree criminal trespassing. Henry was sentenced to 363 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $2,594.
  • Griffin Nathaniel Horn Smith, 27, Omak, had a DUI charge dismissed. Horn Smith was fined $1,375.
  • John Edwin Hoyer, 64, Tonasket, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Hoyer was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended, and fined $983.
  • Brian Patrick Keating, 50, Tonasket, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Keating received a 90-day suspended sentence and fined $863.
