  • Kyle Christopher Davis, 24, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to communication with a minor for immoral purposes and furnishing liquor to a minor. Davis was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days, and fined $760.50. The crimes occurred in January 2013.
  • Eric Andreas Bakken, 49, Omak, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to harassment (threats to kill) (DV). Bakken was sentenced to two months in jail and fined $1,210.50 for the Aug. 10 crime.
  • Garry Gordon Sutton, 54, Riverside, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to POCS (methamphetamine). Sutton was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $2,110.50. The crime occurred Sept. 1.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Vincent Matthew Antonelli, 37, Omak, with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Morgan Lynn Roloff, 21, Omak, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Luis Antonio Orosco, 29, Bridgeport, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Kai Michael Marcellay, 31, Malott, with two counts of residential burglary and one count each of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 16 near Riverside.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Kerri Lynn Boyle, 36, Omak, with residential burglary and third-degree theft.
  • The court found probable cause to charge Alfred Floyd Oliver II, 38, Oroville, with delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).
  • The court found probable cause to charge Cheyenne Rochelle Lezard, 18, Okanogan, with theft of a firearm, second-degree vehicle prowl, and second-degree theft (access device).
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jesse Daniel Ray Lightley, 19, Omak, with second-degree malicious mischief (DV) and fourth-degree assault (DV).
  • The court found probable cause to charge Jordan Scott Severance, 23, no hometown listed, with five counts of POCS (one each of MDMA, psilocybin mushrooms, hydromorphone, hydrocodone and acid). The crimes allegedly occurred Sept. 19 at the Oroville Point of Entry.
  • The court found probable cause to charge James Everett Davis, 56, Oroville, with POCS (methamphetamine).
  • The court found probable cause to charge Travis Wesley Orr, 29, Kelowna, B.C., with POCS (cocaine). The crime allegedly occurred Sept. 20 at the Oroville Point of Entry.

Juvenile

  • A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to MIP/C. He was sentenced to seven days in detention and fined $100.
  • A 16-year-old Omak boy pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to POCS (marijuana). He was sentenced to 10 days in detention and fined $75.

  • Robin Gayle Blaylock, 38, Omak, guilty of third-degree theft. Blaylock was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, and fined $808.
  • Joshua Curtis Carpenter, 22, Oroville, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Rodrigo Castaneda Jr., 21, Omak, had three charges dismissed: third-degree theft, and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowl.
  • Erik Castillo Gonzalez, 22, Oroville, guilty of DUI. Castillo Gonzalez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 353 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
  • Karilyn Ann Cline, 23, Oroville, guilty of issuing bank checks under $750. Cline was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 168 days suspended, and fined $808.
  • Freddie Hone Condon, 56, Okanogan, guilty of DUI. Condon was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,681.
  • David J.L. Condon Soderberg, 19, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS and third-degree theft. Condon Soderburgh was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $1,626.
  • Zaida Elena Contreras, 24, Okanogan, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Contreras received a 90-day suspended sentence, and fined $468.
  • Giovanni Cortez-Vazquez, 20, Oroville, guilty of DUI. Cortez-Vazquez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, and fined $1,936.
  • Carlos Ivan Cortinas Guzman, 20, Omak, guilty of MIP/C. Cortinas Guzman was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $768.
  • Franklin R. Dashiell Jr., 51, Tonasket, guilty of second-degree DWLS. Dashiell was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $1,058.
  • Shawnee Marie Desautel, 19, Omak, guilty (deferred prosecution revoked) of fourth-degree assault. Desautel received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined $1,033.
  • Jesus Dominguez Martinez, 30, Omak, guilty of first-degree DWLS. Dominguez Martinez was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended, and fined $1,058. He also had two charges dismissed: obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
  • Brian Jon Edwards, 25, Omak, guilty of third-degree malicious mischief. Edwards was sentenced to 364 days with 334 days suspended, and fined $1,033.
