The crimes allegedly occurred Dec. 20, 2015. In a second case, the court found probable cause to charge Oldham with POCS (heroin) and violation of a no-contact order. Those crimes allegedly occurred Feb. 18.

  • The state Department of Labor and Industries assessed Armando Pio, Tonasket, $1,513.07 for overpayment of disability benefits, interest and fines.
  • The department of Labor and Industries assessed Jamerson L. Cheer, Omak, $2,511.57 for overpayment of unemployment benefits, interest and fines.
  • The state Department of Revenue assessed the following businesses for unpaid unemployment taxes, interest and fines: North Sound Electrical Service, Oroville, $11,494.65; and Carquest Auto Parts, Omak, $8,175.61.

District Court

  • Bryan Curtis Dove, 34, Tonasket, guilty of fourth-degree assault. Dove was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, and fined $1,308.
  • Alex W. Elsberg, 21, Okanogan, guilty on two counts of third-degree theft. Elsberg received a 364-day suspended sentence and fined a total of $1,266.
  • Richelle Lynn Geddes, 44, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Kelly Paul Greene, 37, Omak, guilty of third-degree DWLS. Greene was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, and fined $653.
  • Mitchel Wayne Harry, 49, Omak, had a third-degree DWLS charge dismissed.
  • Dustin Rex Hawley Hennigs, 21, Okanogan, guilty (other deferral revoked) of second-degree unlawful hunting of big game, waste of fish or wildlife and unlawful hunting on another’s property.
  • Justin Travele Hinton, 31, Omak, guilty of DUI. Hinton was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended, and fined $1,981.
  • Jesse Levi Ives, 34, Omak, guilty of hit-and-run (unattended property) and reckless driving. Ives had a reckless driving charge dismissed. Ives was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 352 days suspended, and fined a total of $3,137.37.
