A Celebration of Life memorial is planned for Darlene M. Allen on Saturday, June 18 at the Oroville Senior Center starting at 11 a.m. Potluck to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donation boxes for the Senior Center and the Red Hat Ladies will be available.
